Jeph Neale is a graduate of RMIT School of Art Sculpture. He has his own art practice and through the Artery Cooperative project manages many other artist’s public art commissions, most recently ‘Common Ground’ at Birrarung Marr, a joint project for the Department of Aboriginal Affairs and the City of Melbourne in collaboration with aboriginal artists Vicki Cousins, Lee Darroch and Treahna Hamm.
